The Project

The primary objective of this project was to enhance the digital presence of the brand, which had not been given enough attention previously. Additionally, it was necessary for the writers to have the capability of adding content independently, for example, when new issues or articles were released, and for users to be able to purchase the magazine through the website.

Sitemap

The first step, following research and analysis of competitors, was to design the sitemap or website architecture, ensuring all content was intuitively spread and organized, and that the user journeys made sense.

Wireframes

After defining all the website pages and their content, I moved on to designing the wireframes, which were the initial visual representation of how to organize the content on each page.

The website

After the wireframes were approved, I created mockups of each page, and finally, I developed the actual website using Webflow.

Content
management
system

As a long-term project, the website needs to be updated regularly when new magazine issues are released. To address this, I implemented a CMS system that enables the magazine writers to easily add new content without compromising the design of the web pages.

E-commerce

The website also needed to have e-commerce functionality, to give customers the ability to purchase issues and pre-order new releases through the website.
